It Begins...

In 2013 my life was changed forever with the birth of my son at home. After only 8 hours of pressure waves (what I call "contractions") he was born into the water, while I was smiling and laughing and so very happy.

Since that day, I knew my purpose in life was to tell women how birth is supposed to be. No birth is the same, just as each woman and baby are unique individuals. If births had fingerprints, they would all be different. But the basis of birth is the same. We as women must trust in our bodies and in our babies to birth joyously and successfully. Life grows within us, and then our amazing bodies push that life into the world. We were designed for this.

After the birth of my second son, and being successful twice with Hypnobabies, I knew I had to incorporate Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis into my community birth support. Classes are coming soon to Woodbury and Murfreesboro, TN!
